Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including for missed events, schedule conflicts, or no-shows.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered digitally by email. No physical tickets are issued.
If you do not receive your ticket email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Contact us and we will resend your ticket
Lost Tickets
If your ticket email is lost or unavailable, we can look you up at the door. A valid photo ID is required, and the name must match the original ticket order.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds, exchanges, transfers, or store credit are not offered once a ticket has been purchased.
Event Changes or Cancellations
If the event is canceled by us, information regarding rescheduling or refunds (if applicable) will be communicated by email. Weather or schedule changes do not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.
